2. Vehicle Sales

We sell classic and collector cars. These vehicles are typically older and may not meet modern reliability or safety standards.

All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise stated, and buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before purchase. We make every effort to describe vehicles accurately but recommend independent inspections.

3. Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to hold a vehicle or book a service slot. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We cannot guarantee any specific result from repair/restoration work due to the nature of classic vehicle materials.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
