Modern Slavery Statement

Kalum Bodywork Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. We recognise our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking.

As a UK-based vehicle body repair specialist, we work with a range of suppliers, contractors, and service providers. We strive to ensure that all parties we engage with share our commitment to ethical labour practices and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

While we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business to be low due to the nature and scale of our operations, we are committed to:

  • Maintaining clear policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery.

  • Conducting due diligence where appropriate when working with new suppliers or partners.

  • Promoting awareness of ethical working practices within our team.

  • Reviewing and updating our approach annually to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and represents our position for the financial year ending October 2025.
